Fees: 

An abortion in our office costs $400.  Depending upon your specific circumstances there may be an additional laboratory charge from an outside lab.

Payment:

Payment is due on appointment day.  We accept cash MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, traveler's checks, certified and cashier checks, and money orders.  Personal checks are not accepted.

Several HMO's are accepted only if you wish to change your primary care provider to our office (HIP, Healthfirst, Health Plus, Neighborhood)  Note: there is sometimes a delay in how soon you can make this change. Please check with your policy and call us for information on making the change to your PCP.

This list is subject to change, and your specific coverage will depend on the individual plan you have with the insurance company.  If you have insurance coverage, we will file your claim or assist you in filing, depending upon your specific policy.  If your insurance is not on this list, we will give you a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
